Fluid Motion Pilates and Fitness is a virtual company providing pilates and fitness classes.
Michelle McLaren one of Back At It’s Massage Therapists has been involved in the fitness community for over 30yrs. She started out teaching aquafit classes in high school and her love of fitness blossomed, moving on to teach classes and workshops all over the country – she has been a Master Instructor Trainer for CALA for almost 20yrs, STOTT Pilates certified for 10yrs and a Fitness Instructor Specialist with CanFit Pro for 6yrs. She has recently started her own virtual Pilates/Fitness company – Fluid Motion Pilates and Fitness. She hopes to reach people all over Canada and share her passion for keeping people mentally and physically healthy through body movement.

All health comes from movement and Michelle loves to encourage our clients to move their bodies in different ways! Daily activity maintains the body, but Fluid Motion Pilates strives to challenge it in order to change it!
Class registrants can live stream and have access to the class for 24hrs. So if the class time doesn’t work, you can do it later in the day or the next!! We’ve got pilates based, mobility focused and pilates/fitness combo classes – so a little something for everyone! All levels and abilities as well.
