Please review our Cancellation Policy before booking
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments leave gaps in our practitioners' schedules, resulting in lost income for the practitioner and lost opportunity for other clients. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 100% of the appointment cost.
- Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Our cancellation policy is outlined on our website, in reminder emails, and on the health intake form.
- Clients with multiple late cancellations or failed payment attempts may be required to prepay for future appointments or book directly by phone.

To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations of appointments involving 3 or more people. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full appointment fees. This advance notice allows us to manage our schedules effectively and accommodate other clients who may be seeking appointments.

Zero tolerance policy on sexual harassment
Surveillance and Security
We use video cameras in public clinic areas (front desk, waiting room, hallways, and emergency exits) to protect patients, staff and clinic property. Cameras are not placed in private treatment rooms. Video is only reviewed when necessary (e.g., safety incidents, theft, or complaints). Footage is retained for 30 days unless required longer for investigations or legal reasons. Access to recordings is restricted to clinic management.
