pricing & Direct billing
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Starting November 1, 2026, our prices will be INCREASING
At Back At It, we offer Direct Billing as a courtesy to our clients whenever possible. Please note that all insurance policies vary, and we cannot determine what is covered under your specific plan. In some cases, your insurance provider may not permit direct payment to our clinic, so it is important to familiarize yourself with the details of your insurance coverage.
Direct billing
- If your insurance benefits do not cover your appointment, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
- Back At It will submit claims to your insurance company; any remaining balances not covered will be your responsibility. Payment for any outstanding amounts is expected at the time of your appointment.
- We can only direct bill to one insurance company per appointment.
Our policy
- Insurance card (including plan/policy/group number and ID)
- Your birth date
- Policy cardholder’s name and birth date (if different)
- A credit card on file for any uncovered amounts
- Signed consent form (included at the end of your intake)
