Pricing for at home massage
Please note: There is a 60-minute minimum for mobile bookings. Shorter 30 or 45-minute sessions are available as add-ons for another family member or friend, but only after a 60-minute session is booked.

- Deposit Payment: To secure your appointment, a deposit is required as mobile massage involves a significant time commitment for our therapists.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is set, and we will follow up 24 hours before your massage to confirm the details.
- On Appointment Day: A Back At It therapist will arrive, set up, and bring everything needed for your massage. A receipt will be provided after your session.

Travel fees
Local Lodges (Canmore or Banff): No travel fee.
Kananaskis: Base treatment rate + $100 travel fee.
Lake Louise: Base treatment rate + $100 travel fee.
Exshaw/Lac des Arcs/Deadmans Flats: Base treatment rate + $35 travel fee.
We provide mobile massage for lodges, with travel fees based on the distance our therapists must travel to reach you. Here’s a detailed overview of our travel zone pricing:
Deposit Requirement:
To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit is needed. Full payment is required 24 hours before your massage to ensure our therapists are compensated for their time and travel.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the 50% deposit will be kept. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain our commitment to quality service and protects our therapists valuable time.

Deposits & Payments
How do deposits and payments work?
A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your date and therapists. The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card two days prior to your appointment and a receipt will be emailed to you.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard for deposits and payments for our services. Please note that we do not accept Amex,American Express or other high-charge credit cards, as these come with significantly higher fees for businesses.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates are available for our mobile massage services. Please contact us for purchase options.
is gratuity included in the price?
Gratuity is not included in the pricing. Clients may choose to tip their therapists if they wish.
scheduling, cancellations & Rescheduling
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with at least 72 hours’ notice receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48–72 hours may forfeit the deposit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger events or during peak seasons, as availability may vary.
What should I do if I have to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.
