Starting this November, we will be adjusting our clinic rates. We believe in total transparency, so we want to share why this step is necessary and what your investment supports.

Unlike many mountain town businesses that rely on seasonal turnover, Back At It hires permanent professionals who call the Bow Valley home. We choose to pay our practitioners a high commission rate because fair, strong compensation is essential to keeping top-tier talent in our community.
This commitment to our team is why our practitioners stick around for the long haul:
- 150+ combined years of experience working at Back At It.
- Several team members celebrating their 10th anniversary with us this year!
- 10 staff members who have been with us for over 5 years.
Supporting our practitioners also means respecting their time and schedule. Because our team is paid per treatment, our 24-Hour Cancellation Policy (link to policy HERE) helps protect their income and ensures other clients don’t miss out on care.

The Realities of Operating in the Bow Valley
Beyond practitioner pay, operating in the Bow Valley comes with exceptionally high commercial rent and facility overhead, including essential air conditioning so our treatment rooms never feel stuffy. The remaining revenue powers our dedicated Support Team, who keep all 3 of our clinics running smoothly while supporting nearly 40 practitioners. This team works tirelessly to answer your questions and manage direct insurance billing so you don’t have to pay out-of-pocket, keeping Back At It seamless and sustainable.
