Junior Athlete Ambassadors
Unleashing Potential: Introducing Our Athlete Ambassador Program for Junior Athletes Age 13-17
Back At It, believes in health and wellness from an early age and empowering the next generation of athletes. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our exciting new initiative, the Junior Athlete Ambassador Program, exclusively designed for junior athletes between the ages of 13 and 17. This program aims to provide a platform for young athletes to establish healthy habits, prevent injuries, and optimize their performance potential.
Taking care of wellness at an early age is of utmost importance for athletes. The foundation laid during the formative years not only shapes their physical abilities but also influences their overall well-being and long-term success.
What is the Junior Athlete Ambassador Program?
The Athlete Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity for talented young athletes to become ambassadors for our organization. It is a platform that recognizes young athletes and their accomplishments, encourages their personal growth, and equips them with the tools to make a positive impact in their communities. As ambassadors, these athletes will represent our values, inspire others, and contribute to the development of sports.
Benefits of Joining the Program:
For the past three years Back At It has provided 15 athletes in the Bow Valley with a unique opportunity to access health and wellness without the burden of financial costs. Our Junior athletes will have access to 30 min treatments throughout the season.
Focusing on wellness ensures the development of a strong physical foundation, helps prevent injuries and maintain their health. By emphasizing the importance of mental health, stress management techniques, and positive coping strategies, young athletes can develop resilience, confidence, and a healthy mindset. This foundation not only enhances their athletic performance but also equips them with valuable life skills that extend beyond the realm of sports.
Program Structure:
Application and Selection: Interested junior athletes will be required to submit an application, highlighting their sports achievements, aspirations, and personal qualities. We require parental consent to be able to show case our athletes, to create a Back At It profile so that parents consent to therapeutic treatments.
Once selected, the program will run for a duration of one year.
