Operations Manager

A rocky mountain transplant from Ontario since 2009, I feel very lucky to call the Bow Valley home. Like most mountain town locals, my happy place is on a trail, accompanied by friends. To me, getting to push yourself outside is the pinnacle of “wellness,” which is what directed me to a career in massage therapy.

After graduating from Vicars School of Massage therapy in 2016, I built a practice in Banff and love working with locals. With a deep appreciation for massage, my curiosity to learn more continued to grow. I wanted to further my roots in the profession by becoming an educator. I spent many happy years working in curriculum development, training entry-to-practice massage therapists and have worked as a surveyor for educational programs across Canada.

What do you do for fun?

Mountain biking, snowboarding, and travelling.
