Position: Clinic Experience & Support Manager
We’re looking for a great human to join our management team.

- Location: Canmore & Banff, Alberta
- Hours: Approximately 32 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (Occasional evenings or weekends may be required with advance notice)
- Term: Permanent position, starting when we find the right match.

What You’ll Do: Practitioner & Patient Support
As a regular management presence, you’ll provide coverage Monday–Thursday, helping ensure support for practitioners and patients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a point of contact for practitioners and patients
- Answer questions and navigate day-to-day concerns
- Support communication between practitioners and management
- Identify and address concerns proactively
- Provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to a healthy team environment
- Support onboarding of new practitioners
What We’re Looking For: Required Skills
We’re seeking someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and has leadership experience
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is comfortable giving feedback and managing priorities
- Takes initiative
- Can represent Back At It within the community
- Learns software systems (experience with Asana, Jane, and Google Workspace is a plus)

- Wellness or healthcare
- Hospitality
- Marketing or communications
- Community organizations
- Professional services
- Management or team-lead roles

The Details:
- Position: Manager, Practitioner Experience & Marketing
- Compensation: $57,000 – $60,000 per year
- In-Person Role at the Canmore and Banff clinics
