Use of Gift Product/Refund Policy

• Back At It Sports and Wellness Clinics’ gift certificates are service based and are non refundable.
• Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase products and may only be used to on services listed on our online booking system.
• Back At It Sports and Wellness Clinics gift certificates can only be redeemed at one location per certificate.
• In a case where a service costs less than the value of the certificate credit will be provided to the client by the clinic.
• Back At It Sports and Wellness Clinics will not take any responsibility for any lost or stolen gift cards.
