Catrina Santa Lucia
RMT. Technical, Therapeutic & Sports Massage.
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in therapeutic and sports massage. Born and raised in Banff, I have always been passionate about staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
My background as a competitive gymnast and later as a gymnastics coach has provided me with a deep understanding of the human body and its potential for strength and flexibility. This firsthand experience fuels my passion for helping others optimize their physical performance and recover from injuries.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with both professional and amateur athletes, assisting them in achieving their peak performance levels. My focus extends beyond working solely with athletes, as I also specialize in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries, particularly pre and post-operative care.
Massage Style
When it comes to my approach to massage therapy, I emphasize a technical and effective style that prioritizes pain management and facilitates the body’s natural healing processes. By employing various techniques and modalities, I aim to alleviate discomfort, release tension, and promote overall well-being.
