CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the equivalent to half of their appointment fee.

Subsequent last minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged the equivalent to their full appointment fee.

Cancelled appointments cannot be charged to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.

The cancellation policy is stated on the website, in the reminder emails and the health intake form.

GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly request a 48-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments involving 3 or more people. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will incur the full appointment fees. This advance notice allows us to manage our schedules effectively and accommodate other clients who may be seeking appointments.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you are cancelling outside of our 24 hour cancellation time:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee. You can log on to your profile in our online system and cancel your appointment. Or you can email or call us at info@backatitwellness.com 403.688.1561.

If you are cancelling your appointment inside of our 24 hour cancellation time:

There is a cancellation fee stated above. Please call 403.688.1561. If you do not reach anyone, you may leave a detailed message on our voicemail.
