Danielle Lazaruk
Clinic: Banff
RMT. Massage Therapist.
I have recently moved to Banff from Manitoba with my dog Aella and have come to call this place home. I am here to enjoy the simple pleasures of mountain life and to be able to share it with my amazing friends.
I have been an RMT for 5 years and have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of environments, this has helped me build a versatile skill set and the ability to adapt my treatments.
Style of Massage
I tailor every treatment to the individual, but my approach is consistently slow, deep, and intuitive, encouraging the body to release rather than using force. I use a blend of therapeutic techniques that work deep into the muscles while still supporting relaxation, as I believe the body responds best when it feels safe and at ease. My goal is always to find that balance between therapeutic and restorative work.
What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
When I am not working I love to be outside spending time with my dog and friends.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
It’s something I’ve always wanted to do, it makes me happy to be able to help others
