We ask that you please respect our therapist’s time. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 CHARGE on the credit card you provided. The cancellation policy is stated on the website, in the reminder emails and the health intake form.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If you are cancelling outside of our 24 hour cancellation time:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time will not be charged a cancellation fee. You can log on to your profile in our online system and cancel your appointment. If you are cancelling your appointment inside of our 24 hour cancellation time:
There is a $50 cancellation fee. Please call Canmore clinic 403.688.1561 or Banff clinic 403.763.3600. If you do not reach anyone, you may leave a detailed message on ourvoice mail.
