Serge’s approach to massage is rooted in precision, patience, and presence. His treatments are firm, slow, and intentional allowing the nervous system to relax and the tissue to truly change.
He creates physical change through trigger point work (long holds on knots), active cupping (moving limbs with cups on), and myofascial release (techniques that are aimed at connective tissue and use little oil).

What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
I’ve been through a lot of overuse and connective tissue injuries myself when I was a high level biathlete, massage really helped educate me about my own body and guided my rehab immensely. I wanted to give back to the
