Reflexology, Therapeutic, Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage
Amy has been an RMT for 15 years. She graduated from a 2200 hour remedial massage program from MH Vicars School of Remedial Massage in Edmonton. She has been practicing massage therapy in the Bow Valley since 2005. Amy is passionate about learning new modalities to help with injury recovery and tension release. She uses a combination of skills and modalities she has learned over the years of working with other massage therapists and the additional courses that she has taken to customize each treatment to get results.

What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, volunteering, golfing, hiking, stand up paddle boarding and exploring the Bow Valley.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
Amy became a massage therapist after a lengthy recovery from a car accident. After trying several different therapies, massage therapy was what relieved her symptoms and resulted in a full recovery. When it was time for a career change Amy was drawn to learn how to help others.
