Access Your Receipts & Year-End Statements

You can now easily access all of your appointment receipts and year-end statements for tax purposes or to retrieve any missing receipts.

Here’s how to find your documents:

Go to our Back At It JaneApp website and log in to your profile.
From the menu on the left side, select ‘Receipts’ to view and download your receipts.

Other Features in “My Account”

Book an Appointment: Schedule new appointments through the online booking system.

Upcoming Appointments: View and manage upcoming appointments, including the option to join online sessions.

Appointment History: Review all past appointments.

Intake Forms: Complete any necessary intake forms directly from your account.

Documents: Access shared documents from clinics, such as exercise programs or treatment plans.

Contact Info: Update contact details and opt-in to marketing emails.

Credit Cards on File: Add a credit card for payments; clinic staff can manage cards if needed.

Pay Balance: Pay any outstanding balances directly from your account.

Receipts: Access all past payment receipts for downloads related to tax deductions and personal finance management.

Notifications & Reminders: Manage preferences for receiving reminders and notifications.

Username/Password: Update login credentials and view active sessions.
