Aaryn
RMT, Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage
Aaryn graduated from the ICT Northumberland College of Massage Therapy 2200-hour program in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2012. After graduating, she wasted no time in putting her newfound skills to work in an interdisciplinary clinic, giving her a solid foundation in providing therapeutic care and working collaboratively with other health care providers. Seeking the challenge of a new environment, she moved to Banff in April 2015 and hasn’t looked back since! She spent her first 3 years at the Willow Stream Spa, located within the historic Fairmont Banff Springs and as a result, she brings with her a multitude of different skills she has acquired through her work in a wide array of settings. She makes an effort to bring an element of deep relaxation to all treatments, even those with a remedial intent.
Aaryn’s passion lies in providing the highest quality of care for her clients and building relationships to support them throughout their journey of healing. She approaches the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative effort, combining the clients’ innate ability to heal themselves with the capacity of massage therapy to aid in reconnecting the body and mind. She specializes in therapeutic massage, integrating a variety of techniques into a purposeful blend of western techniques combined with the intuitive nature of eastern practices, including Table Thai and Craniosacral Therapy, to meet the individual needs of her clients.

What do you do when you’re not massaging?
Year round, I enjoy reading, yoga, board games and journaling in my downtime. In the winter months, you can find me cross-country or downhill skiing. In the summer, I’ll mostly be climbing, hiking and biking. Hope to see you on the trails!
