Catrina Santa Lucia
RMT. Technical, Therapeutic & Sports Massage.
With 23 years of experience in the field, I bring a deep understanding and intuitive approach to massage therapy. I specialize in medium pressure that strikes a balance between relaxation and therapeutic relief, ensuring comfort while effectively addressing deeper tensions. My expertise includes trigger point therapy, where I target specific areas of discomfort to release muscle knots and enhance mobility. Additionally, I incorporate both static and dynamic cupping techniques to improve circulation, reduce pain, and promote healing. I also have extensive knowledge in scar therapy, helping to soften and mobilize scar tissue to improve range of motion and alleviate discomfort. Furthermore, I utilize PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) to combine muscle stretching with contraction techniques, increasing flexibility and functional movement. My goal is to create a personalized experience for each client, blending various techniques to address unique needs and promote overall well-being.
Massage Style
When it comes to my approach to massage therapy, I emphasize a technical and effective style that prioritizes pain management and facilitates the body’s natural healing processes. By employing various techniques and modalities, I aim to alleviate discomfort, release tension, and promote overall well-being.
