Catrina Santa Lucia
Clinic: Banff
RMT. Technical, Therapeutic & Sports Massage.
For more than 24 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping people find comfort, healing and connection through therapeutic massage. My approach is grounded in compassion, experience and a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal.
I work with both adults and children (starting at age 4), adapting pressure and technique to suit each individual and the goals of their treatment. Sessions may include elements of trigger point therapy, cupping, scar therapy, and PNF stretching to relieve tension, enhance mobility, and support recovery.
I have experience working with clients healing from athletic and overuse injuries, post-surgical procedures, and gender-affirming surgeries. My goal is to provide effective, individualized treatment that supports your recovery, comfort, and long-term well-being.
Massage Style
When it comes to my approach to massage therapy, I emphasize a technical and effective style that prioritizes pain management and facilitates the body’s natural healing processes. By employing various techniques and modalities, I aim to alleviate discomfort, release tension, and promote overall well-being.
