Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic Massage, Active Stretching, and Relaxation Massage
Originally from northern British Columbia, I’m a 36-year-old mother of four who has lived in the valley for 17 years, raising my children in Canmore the beautiful mountain town I proudly call home.
What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
When I’m not working at the clinic, I love spending time with my children. Our favorite activities include swimming at the pool, playing at the parks, hiking in the mountains, and enjoying adventures with our dog. I am a spin instructor also, and I teach classes at Rock Cycle, Canmore. I enjoy playing softball, and, with an entrepreneurial spirit, occasionally do hair for bridal parties with Mountain Beauties.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
I became a massage practitioner because I wanted a career that fit naturally with the life I lead as a spin instructor, runner, mountain enthusiast, dog lover, and—my greatest achievement—being a mother of four. I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and its mechanics—how incredible it is in its ability to heal, adapt, and perform. I’m an energy-driven, nurturing person, and massage allows me to combine my passion for health, wellness, and active living with helping others feel their best and reach their fullest potential.
