RMT, Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage
I completed my Massage Therapy Training at Mount Royal University in 2012. I individualize treatments day to day, person to person. I have both clinical and spa experience, my approach to massage is deep, intuitive and smooth. My goal in treatment is to address apparent and underlying issues, create balance and reduce stress.
Style
Deep, therapeutic and rhythmic.
What do you do when you are not massaging?
When I’m not massaging I am climbing all the things, paddling on lakes, hiking up mountains or planning my next big adventure.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
I became a massage therapist to interact with people on a healing level, I wanted the opportunity to learn about people’s stories through their physical being. I am fascinated with what our bodies are capable of and how far we can take them, and even more so how we can heal through touch therapy and active recovery.
