What clients can expect during their treatments with you?
My mission is to empower, guide and educate you along your health journey. We will delve into a full history during the first appointment and learn about you and your needs. Here we will assess, set goals, and create a treatment plan. As we continue to work together, appointments will serve to continue your health progress, making modifications as needed, and working towards next steps along your health journey. You can expect to discuss nutrition, lifestyle, herbs, and supplements.
What do you do for fun?
When I am not practicing medicine you can find me hiking a new trail, befriending every dog I see, and trying not to get too competitive when playing Scrabble.
What made you decide to become a Naturopathic Doctor?
As a child, I always wanted to be a doctor. I had an avid interest in math, science, and the human body that drove me towards medicine. The more I learn, the more excited I became about medicine and the power of the human body.
Naturopathic medicine’s combination of modern scientific knowledge with natural forms of medicine have deeply resonated with me. It emphasizes using the body’s own innate healing abilities to treat the whole person, which is exactly how I want to help my patients.
