Before graduating from Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2003, Michelle finished a degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and a diploma in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal College. She has also been active in the fitness industry for the past 32 years, travelling all over Canada teaching Aquafit instructor courses and various workshops at fitness conferences. She is a Master Instructor trainer for the Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance, STOTT Pilates certified, CanFit Pro Fitness Instructor Specialist and a certified Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist.

What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
I worked as a Kinesiologist for an aquatic therapy company and found that being able to impact people’s lives in a positive way very rewarding. By adding massage to my skill set, it is another way that I can make a difference in someone’s life.
