What do you do when you aren’t massaging?
Mountain Biking, Kiteboarding and Skiing.
What made you decide to become a massage therapist?
During my Kinesiology degree I volunteered at a Physiotherapy clinic as a Physiotherapy Assistant. I got to know the massage therapist at the clinic and realized that that was the next step in my education. I wanted to work with athletes and injuries and found that massage fulfilled my interest in problem solving. Every hour of my work day changes as the client changes, and so does the need for me to figure out each client and their specific needs.
