What’s it like to work at Back At It?
My first 3 months at Back at It have been amazing. I was welcomed with open arms from everyone that works here. Any questions that I had were always welcomed with no judgement. I definitely feel like i’m a part of an amazing team.
Has your schedule been busy and are you making good money?
I was told that the crazy season is right around the corner, but I was wondering how much busier my schedule could get. I have never been busier. The clientele that you will build within these walls will keep you busy and allow you to build a career in Canmore and Banff.
Do you feel supported as a team member?
Vanessa and Linda are the greatest people you can work for. No BS, just straight to the point, let’s make money and help our community stay on their feet and sometimes there’s treats at the clinics.
Do you feel Valued at Back At It?
Working at Back At It I feel very much a part of a great team. Management is always looking out for you, whether it be fixing your schedule or just checking in with you to see if you are doing ok. It’s very nice. I definitely feel appreciated and valued.

Do you feel supported as a team member?
Yes, always. Besides the support of management, therapist have consistently given helpful advice and feedback to ensure I am maximizing my skills in my practice and am able to give my clients the best care possible.
Do you feel Back At It provides proper training for when you first start at the clinics?
Yes, absolutely! The clinic manager Linda will schedule time to walk each new therapist through policies and procedures, familiarize them with the booking software and share tips and tricks on how to set you up for a successful day at work. She is also always available for any questions or concerns.
Has your schedule been busy and you are making good money?
As a new therapist with little to no clientele, my schedule has consistently been full since graduating, which positively reflects on to my paycheck. Back At It has built a reputable trust amongst the Canmore and Banff communities, which reflects in the high demand for our services and allows for a consistent flow of clientele.
