Back At It is looking for a passionate, organized, and compassionate Operations Manager to join our vibrant team in the beautiful Bow Valley. Location & Hours:
- Where: Canmore & Banff, AB — in-person with 1 remote day/week after 8 months
- When: Full-time, 5 days/week, with occasional evenings and weekends

Your Role:
As Operations Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our clinics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting our team with day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading clinic operations and team support
- Managing onboarding, training, and morale initiatives
- Overseeing inventory, vendor communication, and system updates
- Handling staff time-off and shift coverage
- Responding swiftly to urgent issues, including evenings and weekends
- Maintaining internal policies and tools
You don’t need to have done all these things before, what’s crucial is your ability to learn, organize, and lead with heart.
Tools You’ll Use:
- Asana for project tracking
- JaneApp for bookings and charting
- Google Workspace for collaboration
