Graston Technique
The Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy that uses an instrument to assist in a massage treatment. The tools are used as an aide during the massage treatment.
How it works
The massage therapists will palpate with their hands, areas in the muscle, fascia, ligaments and tendons that are fibrous from overuse or injury. They will then use a Graston tool to break up scar tissue.
