Job Description
- As a Part-Time Billing and Clinic Support Manager at Back At It, you will play a pivotal role in managing our accounts receivable while also providing essential support to our management team. This role involves working collaboratively to facilitate the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all billing and invoicing for the clinic.
- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Address patient billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support clinic operations by managing schedules and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and office organization.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing timely and helpful responses to patients and staff.
Skills Required
- Customer service at a professional level with an emphasis on issue resolution and satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for accurate billing and invoicing
- Proficiency in using booking software and Google Workspace applications
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including collaboration and team motivation
Working Hours
- Weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30am to 2:30pm
Compensation
$27 per hour
