We’re excited to share that Dr. Jess is on maternity leave. During her absence, follow-up care will be covered by Dr. Allison Moses, ND, who is a part of the Back At It team and practices in a style very similar to Dr. Jess, using targeted diet changes, evidence informed supplements and herbs and laboratory testing to uncover root causes and support lasting improvement.

Dr. Allison has recently returned from her own maternity leave and we’re lucky to have two talented moms on our team who can support each other and their patients through life’s transitions. Allison holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Acadia University and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Toronto). Her integrative approach includes nutritional counseling, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle coaching, and strategic lab testing. She focuses on simple, sustainable daily practices that align with long-term health goals.

She is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Alberta and a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta (CNDA).
