It Exists!
I’ve been talking about this idea for years, I can’t believe it exists! Some of the hardest muscles to release during a massage don’t belong to athletes or the active, but to those who sit at a desk all day long working at a computer. Check out this site to see what I’m talking about:

It’s a fantastic idea to download this onto your computer to break you from your poor sitting habits. Our bodies are not designed to sit still at a desk all day long. The longer we do it the more accustom we get to this terrible posture.
seriously this is what you look like. The times during the day when you are working on something soo important you don’t realize that you look like this. Yikes!
No wonder you are getting a burning sensation in your upper back, your hips get stiff and your neck is sore.
