Sugar
My husband and I stopped eating sugar a month ago. He says he feels so much better, and says that when he did eat sugar his stomach didn’t feel right. The reason for this is when sugar enters the blood stream it upsets the body’s blood-sugar balance, and triggers the release of insulin.
